नियंत्रण

*उच्छिद्यते धर्मवृतं अधर्मो विद्यते महान्।*

*भयमाहुर्दिवारात्रं यदा  पापो  न वार्यते।।*

समाज में जब पापकर्मों (बुरे और निषिद्ध कार्यों ) पर किसी प्रकार का  नियन्त्रण  और प्रतिबन्ध नहीं होता है  तब लोगों के धार्मिक आचरण में न्यूनता (कमी) होने लगती है और अधर्म (बुरे और निषिद्ध कर्मों ) में महान वृद्धि होने से रात दिन सर्वत्र भय व्याप्त हो जाता है।

 

In a society where there is no control over sinful and illegal deeds, there is a steep decline in the  religious austerity of the people, and  as a result  there is abnormal  increase in immorality, and an environment of fear is built up everywhere at all times.
