संतोष

*असन्तोषः परं दुःखं सतोषः परमं सुखं।*

*सुखार्थी पुरुषस्तस्यात्सन्तुष्टः सततं भवेत् ।।*

जो व्यक्ति संतोषी नहीं होता है वह सदैव ही अत्यन्त दुःखी रहता है और जो व्यक्ति संतोषी होता है वह परम सुख का अनुभव करता है। अतएव सुख की कामना करना वाले व्यक्ति को सदैव संतुष्ट रहना चाहिये।

A person who is not contended or satisfied at what he has got or achieved, always remains unhappy, whereas a person who is satisfied at his lot, enjoys supreme bliss. Therefore, seekers of happiness must always remain satisfied at what they have achieved.
